1. How do I know prices and availability?

1. Check our bookings page. Fill in the form and you'll see if we have availability and the prices.

2. We are a group, do you have special prices for us?

2. If you are more than 15, send us a mail and we will come back to you with the best solution.

3. What does half board include?

3. You are free to choose. Wheter breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner. They are composed by daily menus.

4. I have to cancel my booking, which is the cancellation policy?

4. We will return you the 95% of the deposit (that is the 25% of the booking total amount) if you cancel your booking one month or more before your check in date. We will return de 50% of the deposit if your cancelation is between 8 days and one month before your check in date. We will return you the 5% of the deposit if you cancel your booking one week or less before your check in date.

5. I don't have credit card. Are there other ways to book?

5. No problem, send us an email explaining it. We will give you our bank details and we will ask you to pay the 25% of the total amount into there to confirm your booking.

7. Can I hire a car at Blancala at the same time I book my apartment?

6. There's a bus stop to Ciutadella at 15 metres from the apartments. In high season there's one bus going to and coming from Ciutadella each hour.

7. Can I hire a car at Blancala at the same time I book my apartment?

7. You can hire a car with us once you are in the apartments. You can also ask us for our car rentals offers. We will manage your rental if you want. You'll be able to pick the car up in our apartments or in the airport.

8. Do all Blancala Apart have seaview?

8. No, but most of them do. The 70% of our apartments have amazing sea views.

9 Can I book an apartment with seaviews?

9. We do not sell separatelly apartments with views and without views. Anyhow we try to keep our customers preferences. However in high season periods, when we are fully booked it's not feasible to guarantee sea views for all the bookings.
